You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use TrendyMemez. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign in is provided via Google.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit sounds in violation of applicable rights.

Sound clips are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Sounds may be subject to third-party copyrights owned by their respective creators; TrendyMemez does not claim ownership of such content. You are responsible for how you use downloaded sounds. If you are a rights holder and believe content infringes your rights, contact us for removal.

Downloaded sounds are licensed to you for personal use only. We may limit download volume (for example, a daily free quota) to keep the service sustainable.

The app may display advertising. Your use of ad-supported features is subject to the ad providers' terms, and to our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from the profile menu; this permanently removes your profile, favorites, and downloads. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific sound will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendyMemez and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
