When you sign in and use TrendyMemez, we may collect:

• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Usage data — the sounds you play, favorite, and download, so we can power features like Favorites, Downloads, and trending sounds.
• Technical data — a session token (JWT) stored on your device to keep you signed in, and basic request metadata such as platform.

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To provide and improve core features (search, categories, favorites, downloads).
• To maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., rate limiting).

Our mobile apps may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. Where required (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we present a consent prompt before personalized ads are shown, and you may choose non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as Google for sign-in and ads), or where required by law.

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, favorites, and download history; anonymized, aggregate usage records may be retained.

TrendyMemez is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise deletion directly in-app, or contact us for other requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
